Remember that the expression 'Runasimipi Yupasun' has the following connotation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>RUNASIMIPI<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>YUPASUN<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>'Runasimi' is another name for Quechua that means runa \u2013 people, simi \u2013 language. A translation to English would be language of the people.<\/td><td>The word \u00abYupasun\u00bb comes from the verb 'yupay' that means to count. When a sentence that has more than one subject and does not have the pluralizer \u2013 <em>kuna <\/em>it doesn't mean that it is not plural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Tawa quwi<\/em><\/strong> is the same as <em><strong>Tawa quwikuna<\/strong><\/em>. both mean <em>four guinea pigs.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Iskay runa <\/strong><\/em>is the same as <strong><em>Iskay runakuna<\/em><\/strong><em>. <\/em>Both mean <em>teo people.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In certain sentences, the plural marker is superfluous.<br>For example, in the phrase <strong><em>wakata michini <\/em><\/strong>(I graze the cows). This phrase could also be <em><strong>waka<\/strong><strong>kuna<\/strong><strong>ta<\/strong> <strong>michini<\/strong> <\/em>which means the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some more examples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Capita Curahuasipi michini<\/strong> <\/em>is the same as <em><strong>Capikunata Curahuasipi michini<\/strong>. <\/em>Both mean \u00ab<em>I graze young goats in
