Estas actividades se basan en la preparaci\u00f3n de la comida basada principalmente en los productos propios de los territorios quechuas.<br><br><em>Wayk\u2019uy<\/em> \/ <em>yanuy<\/em><strong> <\/strong>y <em>mikhuy<\/em> han utilizado hist\u00f3ricamente productos como la kinuwa, kiwicha, papa, a\u00f1u, sara, habas, y otros. Es el plato m\u00e1s conocido del Cusco. Se prepara esta comida especialmente en los festejos del Corpus Christi. Es una comida fr\u00eda y en su preparaci\u00f3n se usa diferentes ingredientes como cuy, gallina, ma\u00edz tostado, queso, cuy, gallina, ch\u2019arki, cecina, quchayuyu, huevera de pescado y rocoto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chairo<\/strong>. Es una sopa que ayuda a las personas a calentarse en el fr\u00edo. Esta sopa es muy consistente y permite, especialmente a quienes se dedican a la agricultura, a realizar labores que demandan bastante esfuerzo f\u00edsico. Para la preparaci\u00f3n del chairo se utilizan diversos ingredientes como chu\u00f1o, carne de cordero, ch\u2019arki, papas, arvejas, zanahoria, habas, hierbabuena, or\u00e9gano, perejil, comino y sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sopa de Quinua<\/strong>. Igual que la sopa de chairo, la sopa de quinua es muy consumida especialmente en las familias que se dedican a las actividades agr\u00edcolas. Esta sopa se caracteriza por ser ligera y recomendada para las personas que necesitan del consumo de hierro. Los ingredientes utilizados para la preparaci\u00f3n de esta sopa son quinua, ajos, cebolla, zanahoria, habas, papas, or\u00e9gano y culantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lawa de chu\u00f1u<\/strong>. Es un plato que se come en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o en las comunidades campesinas. Entre los ingredientes de la lawa de ch\u2019u\u00f1u est\u00e1n papa, ch\u2019u\u00f1u, garbanzos, arroz, carne de res. Para su preparaci\u00f3n de debe moler el ch\u2019u\u00f1u y luego disolverlo en agua fr\u00eda antes de que se ponga a hervir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Olluquito con ch\u2019arki<\/strong>. Este plato es muy consumido en los Andes. Entre sus ingredientes se encuentran el olluco, que es un tub\u00e9rculo que crece en las zonas altoandinas, y el ch\u2019arki de res, llama o alpaca. Adem\u00e1s de estos ingredientes, se utiliza arroz, ajo, aj\u00ed panca, pimienta, sal, comino y perejil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u2019impu o puchero<\/strong>. Cada vez que llegan las fiestas de los carnavales se prepara el t\u2019impu o puchero. Es un caldo muy consistentes que tiene como ingredientes carnes, papa, yuca, durazno, pera, camote, moraya, garbanzo, arroz, verduras, legumbres y m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
